I took Tru Niagen daily over a period of several years. However, there has been no clear benefit so I've discontinue my subscription. There are better and less expensive ways to contribute to enhanced health outcomes than using this product.
I’ve been using the product for over six months with great results my brain fog has cleared, and my mental clarity has significantly improved.
