What’s the difference between Tru Niagen® and NMN?

Tru Niagen contains Niagen (nicotinamide riboside, or NR), a patented and studied NAD+ precursor shown to effectively support NAD+ levels in humans.

NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is another precursor for NAD+. However, preclinical studies show NMN is often converted to NR outside of cells – before absorption, meaning it may not be as effective at supporting NAD+ levels.

Are there any dietary restrictions?
