SHIPPING & DELIVERY
TRU NIAGEN NZ delivers throughout New Zealand, Australia, Pacific Islands, Gulf Nations and Rest of World except Singapore, the USA, Canada and Hong Kong. Orders are shipped via NZ Courier, (DHL courier service for Gulf Nations) and dispatched from our Auckland premises the same or following day. If applicable, exact shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Our standard dispatch timeframes are between 2 - 3 working days for New Zealand, between 7 - 12 working days for Australia and Pacific Islands, between 10 - 15 working days for Gulf Nations and between 10 - 20 working days for Rest of World. The Christmas period could extend this timeframe. International orders may attract local Customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Tru Niagen. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

SHIPMENT TO AUSTRALIA, PACIFIC ISLANDS, GULF NATIONS & REST OF WORLD
All orders are dispatched from our Auckland, New Zealand premises the same or following day. Please allow between 7 - 12 working days for delivery of your order depending on your location in Australia and Pacific Islands. For Orders to the Gulf Nations we can now inform you DHL courier service will be operating for our customers, please allow 10 - 15 working days. For Rest of World countries, please allow 10 - 20 working days. The Christmas period could extend this timeframe.
If your order hasn’t arrived within that timeframe, please check with your local post shop first as parcels from NZ often get delayed there.

AUTO-SHIP
For more savings and convenience, you can have your TRU NIAGEN auto-shipped to you on a monthly, three or six monthly basis.
Auto-ship pricing is subject to change at any time and at TRU NIAGEN NZ’s sole discretion.
TRU NIAGEN NZ has the right to suspend and/or cancel a recurring auto-ship order, if it believes (in its sole discretion), that the customer does not genuinely intend to participate in the auto-ship programme (i.e. the customer is purchasing with the intention of it being a one-time purchase).
Please note that once payment is processed for a recurring order, we are unable to cancel the order due to the shipping process having already begun.

RETURNS
We hope you are never disappointed with your TRU NIAGEN order. If a product purchased from this website is found to be faulty please get in touch with us and we’ll sort out an exchange or refund for you promptly. Bear in mind that we cannot provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Where goods have been accepted by us, for credit or refund, then they must be returned to this TRU NIAGEN store at your expense, in original condition and packaging. The ‘returns’ address is TRU NIAGEN NZ, PO Box 18, Matakana 0948, New Zealand. We strongly recommend that you email any postal receipt to info@truniagen.co.nz so that we can note the expected return in our ‘returns schedule’.

TRU NIAGEN NZ REFERRAL PROGRAM
- To earn credits, users must enter the email address associated with their TRU NIAGEN® account in the referral program module when generating a referral URL
- Users will earn credits towards future purchases if:
• The person being referred is a first-time customer of TRU NIAGEN on the www.truniagen.co.nz website; and
• The referring user has previously purchased TRU NIAGEN from www.truniagen.co.nz
- Once the person being referred completes a qualifying purchase, the referring user will be credited with the credit amount described in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials for each qualified referral. The actual credit will be determined by TRU NIAGEN NZ, in its sole discretion, as specified on the credits page. If the credit consists of a credit to the user’s account, such credit may only be applied in the amount specified by TRU NIAGEN NZ towards the member’s purchase of future products or services from TRU NIAGEN NZ. A user may attain an unlimited number of qualified referrals, but any qualified referral shall be subject to review and/or verification at any time by TRU NIAGEN NZ and it is in the sole discretion of TRU NIAGEN NZ as to the legitimacy and validity of such qualified referral.
Qualified Referral
- Qualified referral means that all the following conditions are met:
• The person being referred uses the invitation link to create their code;
• The person being referred places an eligible order;
• The person being referred has not previously made a purchase (as determined by TRU NIAGEN NZ in its sole discretion).
Sharing Invitation Links
- Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations.
- Invitation links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends or family. For example, invitation links should not be distributed via commercial websites (such as coupon websites or Reddit).
- Use of any automated system, script or macro to participate in the program or generate referrals is strictly prohibited. TRU NIAGEN NZ reserves the right to revoke or refuse to issue any credit for referrals that it suspects were generated through improper channels.
No Spam
- Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of a unique referral link in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” in TRU NIAGEN NZ’s sole discretion is expressly prohibited and is grounds for deactivation of his or her invitation link, exclusion from the program, and revocation of all related credits.
Program Conditions and Limitations
- Customers may not participate in the program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations. We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Referral Program Terms and Conditions and the methods through which any credits may be earned.
- Credits have absolutely no monetary value and may not, under any circumstances, be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent including but not limited to gift cards, certificates, or refunds. TRU NIAGEN NZ may may cancel, amend or revoke the credit at any time for any reason.
- Credits are personal to the rewarded user and are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold, whether by operation of law or otherwise. Upon termination of the program or any portion thereof for any reason, or upon cancellation of a user’s account for any reason, any unredeemed credits (including without limitation any unapplied credits) accumulated are forfeited.
- You cannot refer yourself to generate referrals and earn credits. Users may not participate with multiple or fake email addresses or accounts, or use fictitious identities or use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate in the program or earn credits.
Termination and Changes
- TRU NIAGEN NZ may suspend or terminate the program or a user’s ability to participate in the program at any time for any reason.
Updates to the Terms
- TRU NIAGEN NZ may modify these Referral Program Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect your ability to use the Program, subject to our compliance with applicable laws.
