I have been taking Tru Niagen for around 9 months now. I trust the label and the benefits of increased NAD+ levels in my body, especially at my age (79), but I don't perceive a visible transformation. I do think my skin has improved, especially on my face. I also think I have more vitality, but this could be a self-fullfilling prophesy!!
All in all, I will continue to take one per day and will only complain if I don't live to at least 95!
